RENTAL PRICING
  • Monday-Saturday rentals: 5:30pm-10:30pm
    Sunday rentals: 8am-8pm
Event – No Alcohol
$100/hour rental plus $100 refundable cleaning deposit
  • Includes complimentary 30 minute setup before event and 30 minute tear down after event
  • No restrictions on food or drink (must be non-alcoholic)
Event – With Alcohol
$150/hour plus $100 cleaning deposit
  • Includes complimentary 30 minute setup before event and 30 minute tear down after event
  • Hard Alcohol Requirements: Must have a tip certified & insured bartender and provide your own alcohol
  • Beer, wine, and canned cocktails are allowed without a bartender
  • No restrictions on food
  • Needs to have an event insurance certificate
Restrictions: Confetti, Glitter, and Confetti Balloons
Add-Ons
Drip Coffee Station: $50 for a drip coffee and ice tea station for your guests.
Includes: Your choice of 2 coffees, 2 teas, syrup flavorings, cream, etc. Plus cups at beverage bar.Full Coffee Bar
  • $25/hour per barista and the coffee bar open to special orders
  • Orders paid for as purchased OR Credit card can be left to pay in total at the end of the event
The Neighborhood Room (conference room) is available to rent for 25$ an hour during open hours.
