Wage: Starting at $14 plus $3-$5 tips/hour

Position Summary: The Mentor role is a unique blend of skilled barista work (we train you) and intentional relationship-building. Mentors serve alongside young team members (ages 16–24), modeling professionalism, customer service excellence, and positive work habits, while offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
Must be over age 25 and be wise and kind, with strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging approach to young people.
